How it works

No login needed

You don't need a password or access to your account. Your name and email address are enough; a workspace or customer number helps us find your contract.

Instant confirmation

Right after you submit, we confirm receipt by email, stating the content of your cancellation and the date and time we received it.

Ends with the billing period

An ordinary cancellation ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period. Until then you can keep using ZeroDesk and export your data.

Also possible in the app

If you are logged in, you can also cancel your subscription in the app under Billing: Open the app.
