Who needs a seat?
Every person with access takes a seat. The workspace owner buys seats in advance and invites people. Invited members never pay; the workspace does.

Pricing questions.
When is Business the better choice?
From 50 seats. 50 Team seats cost €499.50 per month, while Business costs €499 and also includes 1 TB of storage and VIP support. Each seat beyond 50 costs €4.99 on Business instead of €9.99.
What counts as storage?
The total size of all files stored in your workspace, such as Drive files, attachments, images and other uploads. On Team, each seat adds 500 MB; Business includes 1 TB plus 500 MB for each extra seat.
What happens when I add seats during the month?
Additional seats are billed from your next billing cycle. We don't charge prorated amounts.
Do invited people need their own subscription?
No. The workspace owner buys the seats and invites people. Invited members, guests and DocGuests never pay. Each additional workspace you own is a separate subscription, and every account can always keep one Free workspace.
Do I have to pay VAT?
Customers in Germany pay 19% VAT. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID are billed without VAT under the reverse-charge procedure. Consumers in other EU countries pay the VAT of their country. Customers outside the EU pay no VAT.
What happens if a payment fails?
If an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after it is due, uploads and invitations are paused. After 30 days, only the owner can access the workspace. Your data is kept, and it is only deleted after termination and prior notice.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in the app or by email. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Details are in our terms.
